Updated Policies & Pricing

Dear Community Members,
We hope you are all having a wonderful Summer!
First and foremost, we want to say a huge thank you for continuing to utilize our school district facilities. We love seeing our spaces host so many great community events, practices, and gatherings, and we are proud to support the vibrant activities that make our community so special.
To ensure we can continue maintaining these facilities to the highest standard for your events, we are updating our hourly rental rates. Effective June 8th, the rental fees have adjusted from $10/hour to $15/hour (for most spaces).

What this means for you:
Current reservations: Any rentals already officially booked and confirmed prior to this date will honor the previous $10/hour rate.
New reservations: Any bookings made moving forward will reflect the new $15/hour rate.

We truly appreciate your understanding as we make this adjustment to cover rising operational and maintenance costs. Our goal remains providing you with safe, clean, and accessible spaces to connect and collaborate.
If you have any questions, upcoming booking requests, or need assistance with a current reservation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support of our schools!

Warmly,

Belgrade School District 44
