Category 2 (501c3/Non-Profit Users) : $10/hr. (most spaces)
Category 3 (All Other Users) : $25/hr. (most spaces)
Liability insurance is required for all renters and can be obtained via the Insurance tab or through your insurance company. Insurance must list Belgrade School District as an additional insured with a minimum of $1M coverage which must be uploaded to your request no less than 5 days prior to your event to avoid cancellation.

Porta-Potty Rental: Actual Cost - $115/unit/month (Summer), $165/unit/month (Winter, includes winterize additive); $85/unit/services for additional service cleanings. Porta-potty rental includes one free weekly service**.
Custodial Support: $50/hour/Custodian
Lead Staff Support: $40/hour
Additional Chairs: $1/chair
Additional Tables: $5/table
Table Cloths: $10/each
Payments are processed one week prior to each event.
