In-District Events (Category 1) : No charge
Non-Profit (501c3) Users (Category 2) : $15/hr. (most spaces)
All Other Users (Category 3) : $30/hr. (most spaces)
Liability insurance is required for all renters and can be obtained via the Insurance tab or through your insurance company. Insurance must list Belgrade School District as an additional insured with a minimum of $1M coverage which must be uploaded to your request no less than 5 days prior to your event to avoid cancellation.

Payments are processed within 7 days of each event.

**Additional Custodial fees will be applied for events left dirty. A 3 hr. minimum cleaning fee will be assessed for events of 100-149 attendees. For events of 150+ attendees, a 5 hr. minimum cleaning fee will be assessed.

Porta Potties: The School District does not provide porta potties. Please reach out to TLC Septic directly if porta potties are needed for your event(s).
